Amazing place with its outdoor dining area, poolside snack bar, and excellent wi-fi. The staff even helped me with restaurant recommendations on my first stay. I'll definitely return for another city break!

The four pools offered a great variety, each catering to different moods, and the spacious two-bedroom apartment with a courtyard was well-equipped for family living. The lush garden view added a tranquil vibe during our mornings.
There were a few drawbacks. One pool attendant told me I couldn't use the pool early in the morning as they had just put in the chemicals-led to some serious disappointment. The upstairs rooms felt a bit claustrophobic without a patio to enjoy the evenings, and the toilet design lacked privacy since there was no door. I also had a pillow that felt flatter than a pancake-definitely not the kind of comfort I was hoping for, and the walk to the nearest eateries felt longer than expected on a hot day.

The pools were ok.
The room was dirty and musty, very small and no room to move. The air-con remote was not supplied and staff refused to supply the air-con remote advising it was resort policy not to supply the remote. This was very annoying. Fixtures & fittings were worn.

The condition of the furniture in our two-bedroom apartment needed improvement, as seating felt uncomfortable after a long day. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, but the bed was a bit firm for my taste.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly, lovely design, swimming pools and gardens
Only criticism is that the kettle needed to be plugged into a point in the bathroom as the lead would not reach any power point in the bedroom!

The staff was very friendly and very helpful and informative when it came to booking tours ,
The room was very plain, beds uncomfortable, pillows flat, extra charge if you wanted another one, there were no face cloths provided and if you required one there was a $2. charge. If you needed extra shampoo or cond or soap there was an extra charge as well . No room cleaning unless you stay for more than a week, unlike other hotels we stayed in. There was no restaurant or bar in the resort, you had to walk to the beach to get lunch or dinner. Breakfast was very expensive for cereal and toast. The resort itself was very beautiful lot of swimming pools, the hotel suites with kitchenettes looked very nice and the spa service was amazing.

Loved my time here, especially chilling by the peaceful pool and enjoying a relaxing full body massage – pure bliss! It felt great to unwind in the lush garden area as well. The only downside was the slightly dated decor in the room, but that didn't take away from my overall experience. 😊

This is not a hotel so no daily maid service. You had to pay extra for more clean towels. Kitchen equipment was fairly basic and when we asked for a cheese grater we were told that they were not supplied because the cleaning staff kept hurting themselves on them! The grounds were rather neglected, leaves had not been swept up and the outside balustrades, window ledges and apartment foyers could all have done with a good clean. The lap pool was surrounded by tall trees so never got heated by the sun so the water was cold. The upstairs apartments have no balconies and the aluminum shutters on the windows block out what little light there is so the apartments are very dark and you have to switch on the lights during the day. From the downstairs apartments, you could hear your neighbors thumping around upstairs so presume very little or no soundproofing. Some apartments had outdoor tables and chairs but some didn'T. You were pretty well left to your own devices once there....the place was managed by a company as most of the apartments were privately owned - not a very service oriented resort.
